Small piece of soap, shampoo 1 small bottle 3 days, after all day at conference I arrived back 6:30 PM bed was as I left at 6:30 PM, leaving at 6:30 AM no coffee in the lounge area however he begrudgingly went to make more but I had to leave.

Could have been better

The elevator was not working, I was alone, it was very difficult getting my heavy luggage etc up those stairs in one trip since I didn’t want to leave anything unattended. No explanation or apology or assistance was offered for that annoying situation. Also, realized there was no coffee stocked in the tray in my room the next morning. Just was all a little annoying

Comfortable and friendly

This was my family and I’s 2nd time staying here and both times were good experiences. The elevator was out of service this time, but as a whole, we’re always comfortable staying here and the staff is top notch. I plan on booking again the next time we’re in town.

If you have an opportunity to STAY ANYWHERE ELSE I recommend you do so. First -- the elevator did not work (and this is a 3-story hotel.) The receptacles in the bathroom did not work, nor did the ones at the coffee station. The shower drain did not keep up with the shower, and I was standing in one inch of dirty water by the end. My room key stopped working twice. The breakfast ran out of sausage on the second day and offered only cereal and bread on the third day.

If elevator is working then a good place to stay.

The main reason for 4 star rating is that the elevator was broke down and we were on the third floor. The manager did help us carry our stuff up to the room after check in. That I appreciated.

Elevator doesn’t work!!

We had a room on 3rd floor! Was told when we checked in the elevator didn’t work!!!! Very nonchalant yup elevator doesn’t work and stairs down the hall! No compensation for hauling luggage up 3 floors! Apparently needs upgraded!

Elevator was not working the whole day and had room on 3rd floor. Also hall way windows at the of the halls were open cause no air in hall ways. Very humid and muggy in the hall way. Was not a great experience at all.
