We specially requested ground floor when we made our reservation. However, we were given a second floor. Both my husband and I walk with a cane. When I complained we were told they were booked solid but we could have a room on the ground the next day. Next day they moved us charged us for the move. But while we were out they gave the room to someone else. They then put us in a room that had been empty the night before. We were lied to about being booked solid. Also the stairs we used had a loose step and I almost fell going up the stairs. That last night we were there our key didn't worked so they had to reprogram the card. No i am not happy with the service we received on this trip. I am not sure what has changed with management since July when we stayed there but we wont be staying there again.

The sink faucet was almost broken - no hot water. The shower/tub faucet was impossible to operate. If you could turn it, there was just one temperature - scalding water. The room was decent. The curtains were nice but did not close, exposing us to bright outside lights and visibility from people walking by.

We've been staying there for about 3 years now everytime we come into town twice a year. Never have had a problem, easy check in & check out. Rooms are always clean, suggestion is clean the walls & doors more often especially in the bathrooms.

Way too much money for such a lack luster place. Needs repairs, bed too close to a/c, could use some better cleaning and sound proofing and couldnā€™t close door without slamming and disturbing others. I check out ratings when I book rooms and this was a Big mistakešŸ˜. First and only stay at Baymont!! Expedia please raise your standards pleaseeee

Fantastic check-in. After completing pre-registration online prior to arrival, it took 30 seconds to get my keys upon arrival. FANTASTIC! Room is spotless. Very fresh smelling and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
