Front Desk staff... very helpful
I loved my room and the service was great. SHOUT OUT to Troy and the ladies at the front desk. The kitchen staff was great too....zervice on point. I felt catered to. The only thing i did not like is the valet parking charge even for hotel guests.

Excellent Stay Except for $34 Parking Fee
Tru Hotel is a clean, staff-friendly hotel w/a generous complimentary breakfast buffet. We were welcomed and treated well by staff, especially from Damon, our valet. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure hard & water warm. And I appreciate being able to watch Netflix on the room’s TV. Overall, the spot is cozy. My ONLY complaint is not knowing ahead of time of the $34 parking fee. There’s a $50 incidental fee, which is not fully refunded but budgeted toward the parking fee. Did. Not. Appreciate. That.

Clean, modern hotel. 3 minutes walk to the skytrain to get to Atlanta Airport. Friendly staff, excellent quiet and clean room. Good breakfast without disposable plates and cuttlery

Great Airport Hotel
We only stayed one night before a flight - the room was quiet, the shower pressure was amazing, and the AC worked perfectly. Water was $12 / bottle, but ATL prices. Valet is the only option for parking, which I never saw before making the reservation. We all hated the bed - the pillows instantly deflated as soon as we leaned against them which left all of us cranky in the morning. My only advice is bring your own pillow!
