I have stayed at this property a few times each time was wonderful. Staff was always helpful and friendly, but this time was different. The staff was rude and constantly on their phones. Whenyou walked in they did not even acknowledge you. I called from my room to ask for some things they said they would be right up, but I never received them. I had to go down to the front desk and get them only to be told we forgot.

Perfect Spot for Tradeshow

The staff was great! The location was perfect and a 3 minute walk to the Gaylord Convention center. The restaurant was delicious and the fitness room had good equipment. The view from our window is below. I would highly recommend this hotel!
