Do not give this hotel your credit card!
NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I had 2 stays at this hotel in September 24. I looked at my credit card statement a few days later and had been charged $150 and have no idea why. I contacted the hotel FIVE TIMES. They never answered my question, sent email escalations (allegedly), gave me disconnected phone numbers to call. Still no refund. I waited to leave this review but this hotel has such little focus on customer service, they’d rather rob me instead.

There was a problem with the AC or the thermostat. The room was 85 degrees three times when we returned to the room. Called front desk, engineer came up once, changed AC filter, which was a temporary fix. The system kept shutting off and we would wake up in intense heat and turn the AC back on. We needed to address it several times.
