Nightmare stay.
We arrived to a dilapidated hotel room. The refrigerator was open when we arrived, which I thought was kind of strange until we found out that the door was basically hanging precariously off of its hinges the mattress or should I say boxspring was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. When I sat down on the side of the bed, I literally sank all the way down into a bunch of springs and that is what we were forced to sleep on was a bunch of springs. It was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had. We were extremely disappointed to say the least. It was just like the commercials of where you don’t want to stay.

Smelled like weed, front desk guy was wearing a bullet proof vest which was a bit alarming, the shower curtain rod was broken, and the hot/cold water faucet in the shower was installed backwards.

Property needs a serious update.. curb appeal is terrible… paint is peeling off the sides, carpet in the elevator and hallways needs to be repalced like last year… dirt looks baked in… room carpet not much bette. The sheet were very clean and towels were new and plenty. AC vent was disgustingly dirty. This location needs some TLC!

Property needs an upgrade, had smell, carpet needs replacement once in room T.V. did not work after being fixed the connection unconnected again wire was broken. Refrigerator was broken did not keep Anything cold was replaced. No Cable very few TV options. Door did not allow you to crack it device broken. Very disappointed in condition of this location.

The rooms are not modern but its a budget friendly motel. Smaller than average but a quiet tucked away location. I really like the convenience how close it is to the outlet, National Harbor and MGM Casino. The night manager was very accommodating. Overall I woud rate this place an 8 out of 10.
