Nice hotel, they were undergoing construction on the hotel restaurant but there are plenty of nearby places like Looney Pub, 2 blocks or so. Great food, lots of TV’s

The property was good. Hated paying for parking since I am paying an exorbitant amount for a room. The amenities were bad. The bar was closed as was the restaurant for renovations. That should have been a discount. But nope. The staff were friendly. The room keys did not work at first but they later resolved the issue at the front desk. The ice machines did not work on 3 of the 6 floors. We had no maid service on the stay which was 2 nights and had to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. They ran out of towels. Which said they wouldn’t have more until housekeeping came in an hour later. But we made it work. Overall cleanliness was fine. But the amenities were lacking.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the black screen on my window to minimize daylight when I needed to sleep. Only issue was a bunch of U Michigan students were there on my floor during my last night, having some kind of party and it spilled into the hallways. It sounds like a dorm but I managed to block it out. Workout facility was good, and I liked having a few restaurants and a CVS right there too. Overall, a good place to stay with reasonable rates.
