The room smelled strongly of cigarette and disinfectant. Even had front desk document it as smelled like we smoked, which we don't. The beds were very uncomfortable, one outlet didn't work and neither did the hair dryer. Not especially clean. Floor around toilet was stained yellow. Had to go thru Expedia to rent as $30 cheaper even though I was standing at the front desk...no price matching. Breakfast was great and the attendant was very responsive. Pool and hot tub were clean. Property felt safe and our south room was quiet. Would guess north side would be noisy as interstate side.

Nice amenities and convenient
It was everything I wanted. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the highway. We were able to bring our corgi with us, which was great. We enjoyed breakfast and a dip in the pool before we got on the road again.

Nice room and wonderful mattress on the bed. Everything about the stay was fine - except the controls on the heater/ac didn't function. I needed heat in the middle of the night, and it was stuck on 'cool', which at 29 degrees outside, was not what I needed inside. I did bring the issue to the front desk's attention.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stopped late night on a trip to Colorado. Nice place to crash after a long drive. Basic breakfast hot and cold options. Would stay here again.

There were flies all over the place to the point where some guests were coming in carrying fly swatters they had just purchased. Also, there were flocks of birds in the trees in the parking lot and many cars were covered with bird droppings.

The General Manager was terrible!! I travel extensively. Most places will have a computer, printer or at the least will print documents at the front desk. Upon request, they did so. When printed, the General Manager said $25/each page. I spoke to him. No People Skills whatsoever. He should apply to be a General. Not a Manager! I have never faced such behavior.
