The location of this home will allow you to be in a few minutes on the Malaga road network that will take you to charming places such as El Caminito del Rey, Marbella, Malaga Centre, the beaches of Marbella. You will also be in a few minutes in the urban centre of Coín, where you can find local businesses such as supermarkets, leisure, restaurants and even a shopping centre where you can enjoy a film in the cinema rooms that this welcoming centre houses.
You will have spacious exteriors where the little ones in the house can enjoy the pool, run and play without worry for you, since the plot is fenced around its perimeter. The pool has a barbecue area and a porch, where you can always keep an eye on the little ones in the house and enjoy lunches with the family outside. However, if you want a little more peace and quiet for yourself, you can enjoy an intimate coffee or a good book on the entrance porch or on the terrace that one of the rooms has.
A large distribution area will take you to the different spaces on the two floors of this accommodation. On the ground floor we have the living room, kitchen and laundry room and access to the independent kitchen along with a full bathroom that make this floor ideal for enjoying cooking and lunch together with the family, creating an unforgettable memory for you on your vacation.
The upper floor houses the four bedrooms where you can rest peacefully. All rooms have a window to the outside and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.
