Renovated kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience, spacious living area boasts a full screen TV, DVD player and Surround Sound System as well as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and updated bedroom furnishings to provide you with all the comforts you desire.

Tee Jays comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests:
Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in robes
Bedroom Two: Double Bed and Single bed, ceiling fans, TV and built-in robe.
Sawtell's main patrolled beach is only a short stroll away, you can keep an eye on the kids while they walk to the Surf Club.

A Weber BBQ is also provided for your convenience on the tiled patio and a fully fenced grassed yard for the children to play.

Great location, 2 mins to Sawtell shops and beach. Unit was better than I expected, all mod cons very clean and tidy. Close to local clubs/pubs. Checkin was fast and easy, friendly staff. I would recommend this place and we will be returning

Easy access to Sawtell's main street and to the beach. A bit noisy when the hotel crowd leave on Friday and Saturday - an incentive to stay up late and take advantage of the massive TV.
