This was advertised as four and a half stars, and we paid accordingly. Have stayed in other motels, much cheaper with better more modern facilities , shower base was grubby, shower dripped constantly, would not recommend Royal Palms to anyone. Extremely noisy, very disappointing.

Our family enjoyed two overnight stays here during the last 8 days (travelling to and from Queensland). Our room was very neat and tidy, and the motel complex was nice and quiet. Excellent and friendly customer service from Dan at reception on both occasions.

We had a great stay at the Royal Palms. 2 bed ensuite is the perfect size for a family. Everything was nice and clean, and staff were accommodating and friendly. Noise from comers and goers are a bit painful early in the morning and late at night but I suppose can’t be avoided in motel environments.

As soon as we arrived we were aware of how perfectly clean everything was. The room was not huge, but just large enough for us and all of our luggage etc. Everything was very well maintained. The bed was comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay, made all the better by very welcoming and efficient staff.

Great stay
Great nights stay whilst travelling, check in was friendly and gave us places to eat and walk to. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and had all amenities for the stay. There was noise from the carpark but that was more inconsiderate people on their motorbikes.
