Management at check-in were excellent and informing me of local restaurants that I could walk to from the Pacific Palms. Not long after arriving a heavy rain and hail happened and I was pleased my car was undercover right out the front of my room. I would definitely stay here again travelling from Brisbane to Sydney.

I liked the spacious king bed and the convenient parking in front of the room. Also appreciate the microwave in the room. However left the motel very upset and fuming as a staff member opened the room with their own keys while I was getting dressed. They didn’t even knock on the door prior to using their keys. My car was still parked outside the room and it was not even check out time of 10am! Highly inappropriate. For this reason, I would never stay here again. The owner, I think, explained that the staff is still in training. Clearly not trained properly.

We really enjoyed our brief stay. It's very convenient to the highway, but nice & quiet despite nearby traffic. Rooms are an excellent size and very clean. Facilities good. Very comfortable beds.

Room was not made up, advised could do a deep clean in 10-15mins. Enquired about refund, told to get it from Wotif - this seems impossible to get a refund from them.

We stopped in at this property on a three day driving journey. The staff were lovely when we checked in. The room was clean and tidy and the windows were open letting in fresh air when we arrived which was a nice touch. Very easy to just park our car out the front of our room and appreciated that the car was undercover. Whilst it is quite close to a very busy road there was pretty minimal road noise over night. It is an older property but I would absolutely stay here again.

While this property is on Grafton Street adjacent the M1 the rooms we occupied (5&6) suffered no great noise from the passing traffic. The room was newly renovated and clean, with a jug, toaster, microwave and utensils (also all very clean). If there were any issues it would only be our mattress (room5) which we found a little uncomfortable (our adjoining room occupants did not have this problem)

Grand floor entrance to unit suited our needs. Undercover car parking was appreciated as on the day of our visit it was raining heavily. When we parked our car was surrounded by a pool of inch deep water.The tarmac has sunk in this carspace.
