This popular two story home is extremely well priced and ideal for your Coffin Bay holiday with extended family or friends. Sheoak Holiday Home is perfectly positioned on The Esplanade with big views down the Channel to the Brothers. It is only a few minutes to the boat ramp or Long Beach. The Oyster Walk is just across the road. The home is set well back on the block, providing both privacy and adequate space for multiple boats.

Walk up the stairs and you will immediately feel on holiday. A large open plan living area with an extended deck provides ample space for entertaining and relaxing. There is reverse cycle air conditioner, a TV, DVD and holiday DVDs - and of course beautiful water views. The three upstairs bedrooms are spacious and private.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs (external stairs). It has a bathroom and toilet and is ideal for the teenagers, the snorers or guests who want even more privacy.

This property is extremely well kitted out with two fridge/freezers and all of the extras needed to enjoy a long stay in the Bay.

Quiet Propertty with Great Views
Five adults shared this property and there was ample room. The views from the deck are great, looking over the water in a very peaceful setting. We would return to this property on a future visit to the area.

Great for adults
A couple of things to note. Amazing views and location. Property appeared fairly clean overall. Well equiped kitchen with everything you need. However, One burner works on the bbq. Not great for a family of 5+ The gate to stairs doesn’t latch and is not safe for small children. Blinds do not comply with current regulations. Not affixed 1metre off ground. Downstairs room dusty and used as storage area. Unsafe for small children who climb on things. Dryer does not work properly and no alternative to dry clothes I.e clothes rack. It was raining during our stay so we weren’t able to utilise clothes line at the back of the house. Mattress protector in back upstairs room covered with human hair. Ladder to downstairs bunk not a fixed to bed. Sliding doors are difficult to open and close and tracks are very dirty. Spa not functional Faulty down lights dramatically flicker on & off both inside and out.

Fantastic place in Coffin Bay
We had a fantastic time in Coffin Bay. This property accommodated 3 families of 4 really well, offering plenty of space for multiple cars, being set back from the road and protected from any winds whilst maintaining a beautiful outlook.
