Impressive staff change
We have family in Post Falls, so Sleep Inn has been our place to stay for several years. Last year 2023, we had decided to not stay there anymore, it was dirty, staff obviously did not want to be there. BUT upon coming back this year, remodel taking place, very friendly attentive staff made it our go to place once again!!

Staff is very kind and helpful, we love staying here as it’s dog friendly. Easy access from the freeway. Wish they had a bit more lighting in the parking lot, I worry about our vehicle being broken into. Overall a good place to stay on our journey back and forth to Montana.

This was a one nighter for us passing through. We checked in late at 10 pm. The clerk was very friendly, talkative and informative. The clerk that was working when we left the next morning was totally the opposite. Someone needed an attitude adjustment.

Great budget friendly spot!
We always stay here when we travel to the area. It’s a good price and the location feels a lot safer than Spokane. Been staying here for years and never had an issue. Our rooms have always been clean and staff has always been nice and friendly.
