Only 3 blocks from Sherman Ave, this lovely home welcomes you to relax while enjoying nearby shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, Lake Coeur d'Alene, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill and the Coeur d'Alene Resort – all of which are a short stroll away.

The space:
Newly renovated charming 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath cottage with private parking garage, driveway and fully fenced. There is extra parking in back for either a medium sized boat or RV trailer. Park and just walk to any of the most attractive places this charming old town has to offer you. You will be happy with your choice.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home plus garage. The basement is off limits to guests.

Other things to note:
We are pleased to offer you 2 bikes (unfortunately they are without battery at this time, but are usable). Note: helmets are not available. Please use at your own risk or bring your own helmets.
Extra RV/Trailer or boat parking is available (approximately 25') in the enclosed backyard with entrance from the alley.
