Clean, cozy, and comfortable home in the beautiful location of downtown Coeur d' Alene. This home is situated in the Garden District, within a half of a mile to downtown activities, beautiful beaches, parks, Tubbs Hill, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The home was built in 1890, one of the first homes built in the area. It still holds the charms of the 1800s, but the amenities are up to date. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Furniture, mattresses, and pillows are brand new. Come enjoy our Coeur d'Alene retreat!
