Great place to explore Cocoa Beach
This home was perfect for our family. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal.
Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly.
We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available. Also having the playpen and pool toys for the grandkids and beach necessities for everyone was great.
Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this home for your family getaway.

Great stay at Cocoa Beach
Everything about the listing was very accurate to what the property was like. Unfortunately, the picture often doesn't accurately reflect what you get with these listings. The pool was super clean and there was nothing we didn't have access to regarding supplies. We did have a problem with one of the doors but they sent someone immediately to address the issue.
We would deffinately stay here agian.

Spring Break Vacay
Nice home in a nice area close to shops restaurants and the beach if that’s wanted. Nice yard for our dogs to run and play in. Pool is not heated but with some beautiful weather and warm days we were able to enjoy it the end of our stay. Well kept home with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place yet close to the beach.
