Welcome to our centrally located beach haven, just a few blocks from the sun-kissed shores of both the beach and the serene Banana River. Enjoy a day on the river in one of our 6 kayaks, where you may encounter dolphins or manatees in their natural habitat while paddling and exploring the 1000 Islands. Nestled in a quiet residential area, only 6 blocks from the vibrant downtown Cocoa Beach, our space offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Witness the wonder of dolphins up close, an experience that will linger in your memory.

The unit boasts two bedrooms and one bath, featuring two comfortable outdoor sitting areas. One area showcases a gas grill, a dining table, and ample seating, while the other provides a ceiling fan and a spacious covered space to unwind. Don't miss the spectacular Florida sunset. The accommodations include a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other, ensuring a comfortable night's rest.

We've got your beach essentials covered, from portable chairs to towels and boogie boards and even a cart to bring it all down to the beach. The unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need, including dishes, towels, WiFi, and Roku tv.

Enjoy the convenience of free parking with one designated space on the property, supplemented by ample street parking. The beach and river are a mere three blocks away, each in opposite directions, providing diverse options for exploration. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just a six-block stroll or a quick bike ride away. For those seeking adventure on the water, our 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 youth) are equipped with lightweight dollies, maps, and instructions. Life jackets are provided, adhering to Florida law. If kayaking isn't your speed, consider one of the many river cruises available in the area.

The property was great! The amenities (beach chairs, kayaks, outdoor seating, etc) made this stay so worth it! The location is great; super close to the beach and restaurants. We loved that we could walk to the beach! The owner is very nice and the cottage cat Simon is so cute!

Had an absolute blast on our cocoa beach stay! Property is gorgeously kept and absolutely immaculate inside and out. We took full advantage of beach accessories and kayaks and laundry facilities. Met property owners while on site and they could not have been any nicer. Will definitely rent this property again on our next trip to cocoa beach.

Relaxing Stay
This was a great place to stay for our family of 3. Quiet neighborhood that was only a few blocks from the beach. A wagon, umbrella and chairs were provided for us to use at the beach which was much appreciated. Great communication from host on rocket launch updates and locals places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!
Great little cottage! Loved that everything we needed for the beach was there and I didn’t have to take our own stuff! Laundry on site to wash our wet swimsuits and towels! Big plus was the outdoor shower! I was so glad I could wash the sand away and not carry it into our cottage. Our second day, toddler sized chairs showed up out back and front for our little one to sit in! How thoughtful! Quiet neighborhood! Almost forgot to mention, the place was spotless, very clean! Would definitely stay again!

Great 2 days
Wish I’d had more time here. Great location and all the toys I could want. Also, loved the many extras like kitchen spices, oil, coffee grounds etc that I didn’t have to buy in order to cook. Instructions were clear. Used the beach towels, chairs, wagon and boogie boards. Also was able to kayak both mornings and was rewarded with dolphin, alligator, osprey and numerous bird sightings. Easy access with coded locks, private outside areas. Would stay again when I am in the area. Thank you!

Everything you need!
It was perfect! We stayed 3 nights with our teen boys and had a great time. The access to the wagon and all the beach toys was excellent. Made enjoying the beach so much better. We did not have to waste time renting beach chairs or body boards. The host kept us up to date on rocket launches and we were able to view a space x launch one evening. The unit was very clean and all the small details were thought of. The listing was accurate about everything. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the access led straight to an area that was not overcrowded. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it!

Lovely Place Near Beach and River
We loved staying here! So fun using the kayaks with an easy walk to the river. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach (for adults and children) which you can pull in a wagon for the short walk. We used the grill and enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen for our meals. Property manager let us know about a scheduled rocket launch which we were able to see from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay & great location
Tiki Turtle Cottage had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer all came in handy. Loved that we were just a quick 5 minute walk from the beach. And the shaded patio area in the back is perfect for reading and relaxing. We walked into town every day for either snacks or dinner or some shopping. Great place-loved it!

We stayed a month at this lovely place. Conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach , Banana river and the town. We walked to restaurants in the evening and the beach or river during the day. The manager Janel and her husband Mark were amazing. If we needed anything it was provided right away . The owner was wonderful too, providing information on vegan grocery options and restaurants. I highly recommend this place !!

Great family vacation
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cocoa beach. We cooked most of our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio space to BBQ. The beach toys were also wonderful. The beach is nice and close and you can walk down to play, swim or watch some launches. FYI you have to cross two busy roads to get to the beach. One downside of our stay was my 6 year old didn’t sleep well because the left bed in the twin room was quite uncomfortable. I had seen this mentioned in a previous review so it was not a surprise. If you wish to see some wildlife, check out the boat excursion with wild side tours. It’s less than a 5 minute walk at ramp road boat launch. Coconuts on the beach has yummy food and great patio on the beach. We love cocoa beach and will be back!

Perfect Getaway
This place was perfect for our needs! We came from Disney and needed a quiet place to rejuvenate before heading back home. This was exactly what we were looking for. No need to back any beach items, they’re all available in the laundry room. Kitchen was stocked for us to cook and clean up. Rooms were great, we didn’t watch any tv but enjoyed dinner on the patio area. Walked to the beach several times. I highly recommend if you aren’t interested in a loud party like area. Quiet, simple and relaxing.

My family and I just returned home from our summer vacation at Tiki Turtle Retreat. We had a very relaxing, fun time. We went kayaking in the Banana River which was located down the street. We also went to Cocoa Beach for which was also not too far of a walk. We also enjoyed our 4th of July dinner that my husband grilled on the barbecue for us. The only concern we had was one of the beds in the children's room was not that comfy. My son slept on the couch. Also, the table in the children's room between the beds has sharp corners and our youngest son scratched his face on it. We had to put pillows on the corners of the table to prevent it from happening again. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Pros: We enjoyed the location the most. We had everything we needed for cooking nice meals. Plenty of bath towels. Clean and tidy. Cons: Not made clear that the bikes and kayaks are shared with the 2 other rental units. We worked it out with our neighbors on sharing but we wouldn't have rented this property if it was clearly communicated on the listing. As a renter of multiple places, transpency around shared spaces etc is important to us in determining whether or not we rent. If it is for you then beware.

The property was wonderful for our vacation. The beach was slightly further than I thought but still close enough to enjoy. We had no problem (except the battery stopped working on the door lock, but there’s 2 doors not a big problem). The property had everything you would need to enjoy you stay. It was me and my 3 children. None of us could complain. The only thing I wish was there was a table to eat at for meals. Not a complaint more an observation. Thanks for having us.

The property was perfect for the two of us. We spent a month there and it was comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. Private patio area, bikes, kyacks included. Location was great. On a quiet street but close to the ocean and the river. Good area for walking. Stephanie, the property manager, was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We will return!

Very quiet area of neighborhood. Felt safe to roam around and walk in the dark to downtown. No need to pay for beach parking near only four blocks away and there’s a wagon to pull and beach toys. Walk to the beach to watch the rocket blast off. Well worth it for the awesome bikes. Despite record low temperatures, we made the best of it and we’re very thankful. We had a place to have our 16 year old son gourmet meals every evening. Full-size stove and fridge. The heat did work which was a bonus and there were a few days We did use air conditioning, but otherwise the windows open and we were able to air out. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of nice fluffy towels. There were other families in next door unit, but even though they had three young children, it was not an issue that they were too loud when we were settled in for the evening. We really enjoyed having kitties come through to get pet. Delighted to see that they have recycling as an option and garbage pick up. We all three kayaked and pulled our kayaks down the street that took a bit of practice, but everything was set up and lots of great directions for how to use all the equipment Really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer which we took turns using with the people next-door and that worked out fine Our 16 year old son was thrilled with the place also and we found a church of our choice to get to when everyone was very friendly in the whole community. There is a work out facility that granted our son membership on short term, which was about a 4 mile drive. Definitely would go back.

The property was just as described, clean, well equipped and a short walk from the beach. We also took the kayaks down to the river which was even closer! The host, Jacki was lovely and very accommodating, we wouldn't hestitate to stay here again if we visited Cocoa Beach.
