Perfect location on the beach. Condo has everything that one would need, including beach supplies. Beautiful, big, clean pool as well. The only thing we really missed was having a hot tub, as our stay was pretty cool in Dec. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and the building, grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was awesome. We were a 5 minute walk to the pier which had wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

This rental has everything you need! Close to the pier and other dinner locations within walking distance. Grocery store was also walkable. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the ocean!

Wonderful place to stay!
We had a great time. The condo is just as good, or maybe better, than described. There are nice beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) if needed. There were two pack and plays there when we stayed. We got to see (3) rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the building, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!!

Very Nice Space
The girls trip was a success at Cocoa Beach Towers! The Condo was very nice, with comfortable beds and great view from the terrace. Beach access is perfect and the pool temperature was superb. Very friendly residents on the grounds and pool area. The building has some age, but the inside living space is up to date. In walking distance to the Pier, Fish Camp, Tiny Tavern, Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, 5 min walk. Very enjoyable!

Good location on the beach; grocery across the street; condo is perfect size for 6 guests. This unit (CBT49) has a washer and dryer. Beds have a memory foam topper. Parking is assigned and covered. Floors are tile and easy to sweep.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a couple of other condos at this location and this unit was by far the best. The open floor plan as well as the hard to come by third bedroom allowed our family ample space to unwind and connect. During the day we hung out on the beach or by the pool which were just steps away. In the evenings we had game nights at the large dining table. The fourth floor ocean view was great and we loved spending time on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family with 3 couples - 6 adults. It was very clean. It had all the kitchen tools and pans we needed for cooking what we needed. There are restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The pool was wonderful on days we didn’t want to go to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

I loved how this place had everything we needed. The washer & dryer were a huge plus for us with small kids. We had one small issue with a pack n play for our baby & I reached out about it & it was quickly replaced with a new one. I was very impressed with the communication during this whole process from the time we booked it.

Nice location, condo was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I didn’t like was your parking spot is the furthest from the elevator, it’s close to the stairs but who wants to climb those to the 4th floor, so it is what it is on that. All in all a great place and location.

We had a great time. The pool was great. The pump was broken a short time, it was fixed superfast. Beach was so close, chairs, umbrellas and toys included, all of it in the appartement, perfect! The appartement was very clean, well equipped kitchen, big balcony with ocean view. 2 adults and 3 children enjoyed the stay very much!

The room was bright and clean. The washer and dryer worked well. It's a great location to view NASA or Spacex rocket launches. Close to grocery store. Not too busy. Management responded quickly to a problem with the pool gate. The pool was clean as were the pool restrooms. I would stay here again.

Great spot!
Family stayed here for 5 nights and and it was very comfortable. Supplies to get you started were dish and washer detergent, garbage bags and t paper. Bathrooms had a ready supply of shampoo/conditioner and body wash which we appreciated. Back bedroom was a bit stuffy due to AC not fully reaching it and while the overhead fan should have helped, it made a squeaking sort of whirring noise that was bothersome (reported to management on our way out). The check in process was well explained and Zareh the property manager was extremely responsive and a pleasure to do business with. The pool was heated and extremely clean, grounds well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants and to the nearest Publix if you don't mind a further walk. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great Condo
We arrived and the email with the details was very helpful. The condo itself is nice and the neighbors and other renters were all welcoming and pleasant. We were on the 4th floor and they have an elevator but the stairs were more convenient. We were a walk from the pier and other restaurants and would stay here again.
