Absolutely Incredible 2 Bedroom Condo Ocean View - Fall Specials!


A Beautifully decorated 2-Bedroom Condo that is bright and cheery - a place to be when you are on the Beach!

It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room that sits 4 with 3 bar chairs.

The sizable master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with hanging flat screen tv.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a flat screen TV. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

We provide a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony, southern exposure.

Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie board/toys are not supplied by owner. Replacements are guests responsibility.

We provide beach and bath towels and linens.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

Fabulous March stay
The location, unit view and layout, facilities and beach were fantastic. A very well-equipped and maintained property. The VRBO photos do not do it justice. The communications with the property manager were great. Overall, an excellent stay. We wish we had extended longer.

Wow!
First time in Cocoa Beach and really enjoyed the beach, pool, restaurants and many nearby activities. The apartment was wonderful. My wife kept saying that it was exactly how she would have decorated it. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the south facing balcony. We are definitely planning to come back next year.

Lovely, very clean unit
We didn’t get a chance to really experience the area because right after we arrived a hurricane formed and headed our way. Spent our time looking for a hotel in Orlando instead of relaxing on the beach! The time I did spend on the beach was great but water was too rough to go in beyond your knees. Unit desperately needs new beach chairs. They are rusty and in rough shape.

Fantastic condo!
This condo was exactly as pictures and as described! It has moved to the top as our favorite condo we’ve stayed in while in Cocoa Beach. The balcony was wonderful, great view of the ocean without being direct. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little firm for our taste but that’s just personal preference. If we weren’t moving down to Florida, we’d definitely stay here again!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perhaps better in person. It was comfortable for us and gave us privacy with the set up of the condo. Everything was well spelled out as to how to check in, use the pool, use various keys, etc. Would like to stay again.
