We reached the property at around 1.00 am and the person at the reception did not have our booking. This is despite showing the confirmation email from Expedia about the booking. Finally after a while he managed to retrieve the booking which took about 30-45 Mts. The check-in process could have been much simpler and hassle free.

Great hotel!
It was an excellent choice before our flight. The staff were extremely helpful, room was comfortable and food was great. The hotel is well maintained and it was a great choice.

Nice hotel-clean and well appointed interior.Rooms with modern decor.Nice breakfast.The biggest drawback is the location-it is nearly 5km from the centre of Cluj Napoca.

Υπέροχη περιοχή.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια καινούργια περιοχή σε ύψωμα. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο είναι περίπου 10min και είναι πολύ εύκολο να φτάσετε. Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο, καλό μπάνιο, πολυ καλό κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό, καλό wifi. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό και υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ.
