The smell of Chlorine in the room was so bad I got a headache and did not get any sleep.. There was nobody downstairs in the lobby when I went to ask about another room. No pick up when I called to check out nor was there anyone when I left in the morning around 6am

No working pool
The pool was under renovations and the description did not mention that. Traveling with kids is a must to have the pool. I would have selected a different hotel if they let us know in advance.
