3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 5. This well-presented semi-detached property is located Clifden Glen Holiday Village close to Clifden town. The holiday village is set within a magnificent natural environment of mountain, meadow, and river with spectacular views of the renowned Connemara landscape. This is an ideal holiday cottage for those looking for a family break, a peaceful getaway, or a base for exploring all that the Connemara region has to offer. Facilities in the holiday village include crazy golf, children's play area and tennis courts. Fishing is available on the adjacent Owen Glen River and permits are available locally. Nearby Clifden town is a bustling market town which offers all services, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn. This property is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Additional local activities include lake and sea fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more.

The large decking to the rear of the property overlooks the river. The property accommodation is over two levels. The ground floor accommodation includes the entrance hall, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom, and double bedroom. The upper floor accommodation consists of a double en suite bedroom and a single bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with ice box, electric cooker and hob. A washing machine is also available at the property. The living room area is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, with fireplace and multi-channel TV. The dining area can accommodate 5 persons and looks out on to the rear deck area, which is accessed by French doors. The main bathroom includes shower over bath, WC & sink. Two bedrooms are double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and the third bedroom is a single room with TV. Oil central heating throughout property. Nice location with a few shortcomings
For 5 people the living room is really small. The startup of the warm water requires quite some experiments... The WiFI password was handwritten, hardly readable, and different on the 2 pages which we found. It took us 3 adults and 15 min tests to come up with the right one. Rooms not very clean and poorly washed dishes. Upper bathrooms rather small. Very nice bedrooms and good beds.
