Great space for our family while visiting our Lakewood family for Thanksgiving. Lots of great separate rooms, great location and cleanliness.

The place was nice, had a lot of space. The neighborhood seemed great The day of I never received how to get into the property. Sent a message with no response. Decided to go check in and see if maybe they left a key. There was a lock code. Attempted to call the property manager multiple times with no response. Eventually someone called us back and sent us the info at around 8-9 pm. Communication and check in process needs to be better.

The house was nice and spacious for our friends. We felt very comfortable and safe there. The owner did stop by to do outside maintenance during the day, which we didn’t mind but should probably have been communicated. My only ‘dislike’ was with the property management. Took multiple messages and calls to get my security deposit back. Was told it would take 10 business days for them to process it (already a decent amount of time). Took me calling again (after an unanswered message on the 12th business day) on the 17th business day to get it resolved and was told they hadn’t handled it yet because they are transitioning their staff. I have a feeling if I didn’t keep up with them I wouldn’t have gotten it back.

We stayed with friends for the weekend for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction. We also visited A Christmas Story house tour. Close to all areas with quick Uber rides. Fun weekend!
