- The LIVING ROOM features a large SMART TV and plenty of cushy sofa seating to enjoy relaxing downtime moments together. The sofa opens to a queen-sized bed for flexible sleep space.
- A remodeled and FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances, and all you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Plus essential extras like a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanup.
- The DINING area is conveniently located in the kitchen area making meal time a breeze. Spacious dining table that seats 4.
- This is a studio apartment.
- 1 full BATHROOM stocked with all the essentials you'll need while traveling
- WASHER/DRYER combo in the LAUNDRY ROOM on the basement floor at your convenience. Iron and ironing board located in unit as well.
- Living room with comfortable large queen pullout sofa bed, plenty of seating, large smart TV’s, full size bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, full size appliances, and a master bedroom with a king bed!
- There’s RELIABLE WI-FI and LAPTOP-FRIENDLY SPACE for the remote worker or student.
- 10 mi to CLE, Edgewater Park/Beach, 30 miles to Cuyahoga National Park, Tremont & Ohio City; 15 mi from downtown
- Nearby grocery & convenience stores, markets, parks, restaurants & bars

- GUESTS MUST USE THE BACK ENTRANCE/EXIT ONLY LOCATED NEAR PARKING LOT.
-You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the back/parking lot door.
- Access codes are always sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Outside, guests will have access to their own designated parking area. Please do not park anywhere that could potentially block other guests in.
- Guests will have access to their own individual units as well as a shared laundry room within the building.
Other things to note
- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
- Wi-Fi, 1 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more are provided free during your stay.
- We do provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, some laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need.
HOUSE RULES
➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.
➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.
➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
➜ Please avoid moving furniture.
