Step into Vivid Harmony, a stunning duplex that merges two uniquely themed spaces: the lively and energetic The Colorful Retreat and the timeless and elegant Black & White Bliss.

Together, these units offer 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 sofa beds, providing space for up to 16 guests, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable getaway.

Both units have fully equipped kitchens, providing everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay!

We are pet-friendly, and the pet fee is added after you book. Please read our pet policy under 'Other Things to Note' before booking.

Please note that the washer and dryer are shared among the three units in the home.

Please note that the home is a triplex. The main front door, which is accessible to all units, opens into the main area of the triplex. However, rest assured that no one will have access to your specific unit without your permission.

You may hear noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit.

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No unauthorized pets are allowed on the property.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.

If you have a pet, please make sure you have notified us, and the pet fee has been paid to avoid the $500 fee.

If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

★Pet Policy★

We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here's our concise pet policy:

Allowed Pets:
• We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
• All pets must be house-trained and sociable.
• Maximum of two pets per booking.
• Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher and Akita.

Pet Hair Cleanup:
If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.

We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Pet Supplies:
For your convenience we provide the following
• Poop bags
• Water and food bowls

Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. The pet fee will be added to your total reservation cost.

• Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier outdoors.
• Don't leave your pet unattended unless crated.
• Minimize noise and disturbances caused by your pet.
