Only stayed one night on my drive back to Boston from Chicago. Hotel was very modern with a nice lobby and fire pit outside. Room was clean and spacious and I had a great breakfast in the morning. Would recommend for travelers and business people alike.

Not worth the money you pay!
The water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was terrible. You only get one towel per person. The built-in shower shampoo bottle was gone. The pillowcases were all wrinkled like they had not been changed. The refrigerator was small without a freezer and no control over how cold you could make your food. No microwave in the room. You would think it would have been a better room for the money you have to pay for just one night. FYI this room was on the third floor.

The room was dirty the furnishings were dated and damaged there were damaged light fixtures. There were stains and spots and spatter on the curtains and on the walls Our mattress had several severe stains on them. I have no idea if it was blood coffee or some other type of bodily fluid and when we asked for a different room, we were told there was none and when we asked if we could have a different mattress, they sent different bedding. My husband ended up rotating the mattress and so it wasn’t in my face up by my pillow and putting towels on that portion of the mattress

Okay hotel- staff seemed unprepared.
The hotel was very convenient to the Agora Theater which is why I selected it. The room was clean and comfortable. The one negative is that it wasn’t really within walking distance of anything else and the staff wasn’t helpful in suggesting a decent restaurant or much of anything else nearby for that matter. All said, it was generally a nice hotel although maybe a bit overpriced.

The hotel was easy to get to and easy to park. I did notice security in the lot. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The Mattress in room 415 needs to be replaced.

Front desk folks were exceptionally helpful with check in. Hotel also had boards up by elevators with suggestions for sights to see, entertainment, and food options in the area.
