The heating system has a problem during our stay. The front desk sent an engineering to fix the heating system in our room. He said it needed repair and he was going to ask the front desk to reassign another room. The front desk gave one to him right away but he held onto it. In that meantime, he tried to fix the boiler and did not give the new room to us. We asked the front twice after that and we got the same answer. Finally, we insisted the front desk to assign us another room because we had been waiting for the engineer person for almost two hours. I felt very frustrated by what the engineer person did.
