The Space:
Welcome to The Victor - Cleveland's Urban Lodge. The 1890s building was originally home to the Victor Tea Company, hence the name. And if you're familiar with Cleveland you may remember that this building was most recently the home of The Cleveland Hostel.
The Victor is a three-story converted warehouse building with spacious rooftop deck. The entire second floor will be yours exclusively. The common area on the first floor and rooftop are shared with the guests on the third floor.
The second floor includes 6 bedrooms, 4 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, a dining room with picnic seating, and a living room. The "shared" spaces on this floor are only for your group. The 6 bedrooms have the following layouts: 4 twin beds, 5 twin beds, 3 twin beds with a private bathroom attached, 3 twin beds with a private bathroom attached, 1 queen bed with 4 twin beds, and 1 queen bed. Some (not all) of these twin beds are bunk beds.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment. There is a coffee station in the kitchen with two coffee pots, cream, sugar and artificial sweetener. There is also a smart TV and electric fireplace in the living room. The space has plenty of tables and chairs for lounging or working.
Please note that there is no elevator in this building. There are approximately 20 stairs between each floor.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry to both the building and your private second floor. Guests are given a code within 48 hours of checking in. Off-street parking is not provided. There is plenty of street parking all around the area.
