The downstairs features a full kitchen, living room w/ fireplace, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and dining room overlooking the river. Head upstairs to enjoy a second living room with convertible futon. Game room has a wet bar, pool, ping pong, and poker tables, and balcony that overlooks the porch and river. The interior of the home was constructed with custom maple paneling, walnut trim, walnut beams and cabinets, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, travertine tile, walk in glass showers, etc...

Out back, there is crystal clear water 30 feet from the door! Back porch, deck overlooking the river, hot tub, outdoor fire pit; all designed to maximize the scenery that surrounds you. The deck has low profile lights for great night enjoyment. Absolutely perfect for family vacations, outdoor adventures or romantic getaways.
