Very run down
The front desk lady was extremely nice and accommodating, however the facilities are run down and not clean. There were no pots or pans to cook in, even though there was a full kitchen. There were 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 1 large plate and 1 coffee cup for a room that could sleep 6. The carpets were gross with stains all over, the couch had a large stain and smelled like urine. The bathroom floor felt like it would cave in at any moment and the refrigerator handle was missing. This is definitely not a place I would choose to stay in again.

The door had been kicked in on the room I was to stay in----I refused to stay there----just thinking of that violent moment made me nervous. It looked like it had poorly been repaired so that a re-entry without a key could easily happen at any time. The security bolt on the inside was also missing completely.

Electric induction was broken. No cooking. No spoon and no fork. Bathroom sink : water built up and clogging. I complaint to staff, the only said to me “I’m sorry”. No intervention and no further action. No refund money. I won’t recommend this hotel. I used to stay for a long time but I won’t recommend for anyone. Terrible service.

Most of the electrical outlets in the apartment weren't working. The fan over the stove wouldn't shut off. The curtain sheers were tattered. Stains on the carpet next to the bed. But no issues with bathroom, kitchen, bedding or living room cleanliness. And the staff were all very pleasant.

Great location to everything freeway, restaurants and shopping. The unit did not have enough plates glasses, silverware and it had no pots or pans. Overall the studio was nice clean and bed comfortable. Would stay here again when I come to Cleveland.

Rooms very clean and the bed comfy. Quiet. Didnt use any of the extras like the pool, workout room, or play yard, so cant comment on that aspect.

I was put in a building that was conducting sleep tests. The building was ubder conatruction. The room was not the room advertised for my booking. The room smelled like pee. The bed smelled like pee. No shower curtain in the washroom. Burn holes on furniture. Scuff marks on walls, doors, made evweything feel dirty.
