For the money it was okay
Location was great and the apartment was clean. Check-in process was a pain and we had issues with the lock box and had to contact the company. There was also an extremely strong cologne smell in our room the entire stay that gave us headaches. Some things didn’t work like the lamp by the bed. Bed was comfortable but the sheets and blankets were not comfortable at all. I wish they had also given us more blankets because it got cold and we only had one thin blanket. For the money, overall it was okay.

I was not able to get into the property upon first arrival and the person who I was speaking to was not able to really help me. They ended up switching me to a different apartment but the time it took from getting to the property to finally getting into my room took around 45 minutes. I was given a late check out and on my last day cleaning staff walked in with no knock or announcement 20 minutes before I even needed to check out. The property is currently under construction so if you’re looking for the restaurants or cafes that are on the website for the actual building they are not open. The room itself is was nice and the access to the parking garage was a plus but overall was not necessarily worth the all of the other bumps that came with the stay. I contact the property manager and she wasn’t able to really rectify the situation besides a $25 refund. Overall I enjoyed the room and the closeness to downtown and the parking but the customer service was poor.

The apartment was incredible, so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Just a 2 minute walk to the grocery store. Lots of restaurants to choose from just a short distance away. It was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

I was never sent the room number or code to get into the building in the initial communication. When I arrived, the instructions were difficult to understand, and the communication with the text number was not helpful. I had to wait 10 minutes for a response while waiting in their entryway to even get in the building. Then, it specified a wifi router and password that was not available, and then wanted me to reset a router that didn't exist. This took an extra hour of my time between delayed responses with the text line. Obviously, not having anyone to directly talk to was an added difficulty. Eventually, they had me connect to a different router that was hit or miss in terms of connectivity and speed. I lost a lot of time and productivity on a business trip due to this, and was not pleased. Furthermore, when I gave initial feedback to them through your website, they sent me a rude communication trying to argue that they had done everything for me, and it was my fault that they didn't have their organization together for my stay. This greatly angered and annoyed me. Lastly, this is a smaller item, but there was very poor lighting in the bedroom space making it very difficult to get around in the room. Overall, I was not pleased with the communication, the wifi access that is a basic expectation in 2024 for business people, and for the state of my arrival. While the property is nice and cleanly, I would not return for at least some time and wouldn't recommend to others.

My apt was so cute and so clean!! I loved how close it was to everything I wanted to do. I could have walked to all of the things I did but I did use Uber a couple times. The communication was awesome and I felt very safe had been doing a solo trip.

Booked here last minute and so happy we found this place. Very secure and modern building. Close to everything we needed and we even found some unexpected places. Communication was excellent as well! I will definitely book here again next time we plan a trip to Cleveland.

The location was great, price was good, parking was excellent. The apartment is in a new building. It isn’t quite finished yet; lobby, elevator interiors, patio door handle, yet to come. The HVAC duct had a frequent water running, dripping noise, similar to a continually dripping toilet. This particular apartment's view is uninspiring, (alleyways, parking garages, roofs, mechanical units, others windows). It could use more table and floor lights.

Perfect location for a tourist. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed to prepare our own meals ( a wonderful grocery store was literally a 2 minute walk) or we had the option of countless nearby dining choices. A comfortable bed, adequate floor space and great lighting made for very enjoyable long weekend. Free parking!

Excellent room and so much better than a typical hotel room. Only complaint is that the building is still actively under construction and it sounded like the workers began work at 8am sharp directly under our room. The elevators would often be tied up or locked out by the construction workers as well, but wasn't a huge deal and just took the stairs. Even with these two very minor inconveniences, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was new clean and contemporary in the heart of downtown Cleveland with lots of restaurants and shopping. Very secured apartment complex and beautifully decorated. I would stay again! However, I did not like having to place a combination code for the lockbox located outside the complex hooked to a fence between the CVS and the e Air B&B to retrieve the fob keys and garage pass. The garage pass was not inside the lockbox which made me have to text and wait.
