The room was beautiful! We loved that the property was locked from the street. The staff were nice. The location is perfect, right on Public Square. I also loved the open concept of the hallways. It was more like a hub. We plan on bringing the kids next time for a couple of nights. 10/10 highly recommend. The price was WELL worth it.

Beautiful Hotel, Frustratingly Late Check-In
We booked this hotel because of its stunning design and great location, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. We planned a stay for our friend’s birthday and tried to arrange an early check-in at 3 PM to decorate the room. When told check-in wasn’t until 4, we completely understood and patiently waited in the lobby. However, as 4 PM came and went, we were informed that rooms typically aren’t ready until 4:30 — despite their website clearly stating 4 PM check-in. This left us scrambling and almost caused us to miss our 5 PM plans. The lack of transparency around check-in times was incredibly frustrating. If the policy is to push guests to the last possible minute, just say so upfront rather than stringing people along. For such a beautiful hotel, it’s disappointing that the guest experience doesn’t match the aesthetics. If you’re planning to stay here, don’t expect to get to your room any time before the sun sets.

This place is extraordinary! They think of little details like providing coffee beans along with a nice jug of cold drinking water in the fridge. So very nice to have a full kitchen and room to move around. This place is a hidden gem!!!
