Disliked: Cleanliness
The Stay That Never Was
Nightmare experience. The property manager apparently double-booked this apartment with another booking site for Friday and Saturday nights, whereas our booking was for Saturday only. Due to this mis-management, our booking was forced to be cancelled. Furthermore, we were not contacted at all until 1:30PM on the day of our arrival, even though the managers were aware of the issue the previous night when the other guests arrived. The only assistance offered by the managers was an initial offer for comp'ed nights at a later date, and Google results for hotels that had a nightly rate much higher than the booking, and in areas that would require multiple ride-share trips to/from our event for the day.
