I called to book a room and was told I needed to give my card numbers to check and see if a room was available. The guy on the phone, who had an Indian accent, told me there were no rooms available and that there would be no charge on my card and that there would be a hold on the card but that would be refunded. The ‘hold’ was never refunded. I called to dispute this with the hotel and they kept giving me a run around.

The bedsheets were filthy and the bed was rock hard. The carpets were wet and musty as well making it impossible to walk around without shoes. Additionally, when I went to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast at around 8 AM, there was nothing left. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to refill the food but no one did. This experience was definitely not worth it and unfortunate because I usually have great experiences with this chain.
