We spent a night in this hotel. Facility was in really good shape. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and caring. Parking was good. It is closed to many dining options. Breakfast was good too!A great experience.

Stayed here for an event downtown and while it is convenient since downtown isn't too far. I do have to slightly ding them for the cleanliness. There were hairs I found in the tub, the glass door (to the shower), and around the sink. This was during a busy weekend there and they did say they were fully booked so I can't fault them as much. Overall, great amount of parking and stores nearby. Would stay again if needed.

Great stay in Cleveland suburbs
We enjoyed our visit as we passed through Ohio on our trip out to NY. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the e tire hotel was very well situated and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasted and the only trouble we had was the bathroom sliding door was unable to close so we didn’t have privacy while in the restroom.

Ryan at the front desk was AMAZING! In this day and age of minimized service in so many places, Ryan was a refreshing reminder of what great service with a smile and positive energy is all about! Room was great. Location was great. Could have been a few more "healthy" options for breakfast.
