Needs a face-lift for sure. Jetted tub was filled hair, including coming out of faucet. Staff quickly made it right though. Road noise is pretty loud too, something to consider.

Our original rooms bathroom wasn't working. We called at check in they said they would fix it. We came back late and it still wasn't working. We had to be transferred to a different room at midnight. The new room had hair in the bathroom and wasn't as clean as the original room.

My room on the 3rd floor had windows so high and close to the ceiling that I couldn’t not reach them, even if there had been an emergency. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the internet connection even via 5G was spotty at best. Very close to a variety of dining options, easy walk to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

We have been staying at this hotel for a long time. Unfortunately it keeps getting worse. The whole hallway we were in smelled like marijuana. Also the room smelled like a sewer. It was awful. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is in a beautiful historic old building in the center of Cleveland downtown. Inside was a horrible shock - dirty, graffiti in the elevator, drapes did not meet in the middle, sheers were about 2 feet too long and dirty at the bottom. The room was big but needs updating. Big time.

We were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Euclid Ave. it was within walking distance to everywhere that we wanted to go. The breakfast was a bonus and we enjoyed talking to Mary. She made sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel is located in an old bank building and is beautiful! Room was large and very clean! Every staff member was friendly!! The hotel is located downtown and is an easy walk to the baseball and basketball area (literally around the corner), eating and shopping. There is also a valet service and the guys were wonderful. Recommend the valet service unless you know where you can legally park because the hotel doesn’t have public parking.

Although my bed had a squeak, the room was comfortable. Plenty of room for a bit more furniture. Water pressure is shower was amazing‼️ Old elevators a little small, and touchy. We were stuck for about 10 minutes one morning. valet service a definite plus‼️‼️
