This newly updated historic district 1 bedroom efficiency is in a great location and only 15 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic main campus. Come relax in a safe but vibrant neighborhood during your stay in Cleveland. Our unit is also within a mile of plenty of great food options.

This is a NON SMOKING (that includes medical marijuana, vaping, and everything else) and NO PARTY building. Please do NOT smoke or throw a party or you will be asked to leave without a refund.

This space is great for a single or couple that doesn't need to cook at home. It has a small kitchenette for basic things (please note there is no sink in the kitchenette), a little open work space, it's own dedicated bedroom so it's not just a studio, and a cozy little living room to hang out and watch TV. Top of the line window AC units that are low profile and much quieter than average window AC units and a space heater.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of St Dominic Catholic Church. The apartment offers free WiFi and a kitchenette.

Amazing host
I hurriedly made a reservation so I could be at Cleveland Clinic for my brother’s 7:30 AM brain surgery the next morning. When I arrived in Cleveland I read the message that said my host would contact me within the next 21 hrs. It was then I realized I had mistakenly made the reservation for the next night. (I didn’t know you can’t make an online reservation for the same day) The man at VRBO wasn’t able to make the change, but called the host who did everything he could to arrange for me to stay that night.
