Hot tub out of service, some breakfsst options don't look appetizing (watery eggs, old mushy fruit). No housekeeping first night... we desperately needed trash removal and swapping out towels.

Room was great and clean. My car was side swiped in the parking lot overnight and the staff offered no help. Claimed to have no cameras on the property (had I known that I wouldn’t have stayed there) but I have had a hard time believing there are zero exterior cameras. They said call the police and that’s it. The front desk person was pleasant but the manager didn’t even bother to come out and speak to me. Showed zero care for a repeat customer. I do not feel safe staying there ever again.

The TV was stiff and archaic couldn't even work with a flashdrive.. The hotel staff was so unhelpful when I asked for help they gave me the number to Spectrum Entertainment. The Spa which was marketed as working and I called in and asked if it was. Was not and I was told it was closed for months, but was still full of water which would be disgusting and uncleanly

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My toilet started running but they sent maintenance to have it fixed right away. Some of the hotel is under construction and the hot tub wasnt working.

While under renovation only one working elevator. Did not receive the free water they usually give upon checking in. Unruly behavior by guests who had a children's birthday party whose children were running amok yelling and screaming without staff efforts to control disruptive behavior by the children in the lobby area.

Our room was newly updated and very comfortable. Beds were large and had good pillows and decent linens. Bathroom was good size and had nice walk-in shower. Plenty of towels and bottles of soap, etc. Hotel was under renovation, so there were some drawbacks that will hopefully be remedied soon. The elevators were semi-working as in you needed to call to front desk for someone to come to your floor. A bit annoying, so we were healthy and used the stairs. Which was often hard since they were randomly closed for repairs and updates. Coffee was decent. I did not partake of the breakfast, but the fresh fruit looked good. Did not use the pool or gym, but they seemed inviting. Minor disappointment that they didn't have a wine opener. Really need to have one available. Hopefully, when the dust settles, this will be a better place to stay. Really liked having the Pinecrest shops and restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had at a Hampton Inn
Hotel under construction. Elevator was out of service. Needed a staff member to go up or down which was inconvenient. No one was ever at front desk when we needed them. Dirty overall. Pool was disgusting. Cold coffee. Breakfast was disgusting. AC did not work well in rooms. Worst Hampton inn experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel is largely under construction and was a mess. One functioning elevator that felt sketchy. However, Room was clean and well maintained.
