This is a scam
This location is a scam, I paid for this reservation 3 weeks before my stay. It was confirmed. The landlords phone number was disconnected when I attempted to reach them before my stay, I reached out to Vrbo a week prior and a day prior to my stay. They stated everything was fine and I should arrive as scheduled. I arrived at the location, it’s an apartment building, my reservation did not have an apartment number. The main door was locked and I became stranded. I reached out to Vrbo who could not help. I had to make new accommodations and pay for another stay. This experience has been horrible. Still waiting on a refund, where it’s never the same person I have spoken to or emailed. The customer service I have received has been horrible! Do not recommend and 0 stars was not available.
