Room wasn't really cleaned: bathroom wasn't touched. I shared this with the gentleman at the front desk, but I'm not if he cared. Second time around, room was better, but still can tell the toilet was cleaned, by the urine left on the toilet seat. And, clearly they smoke in the hotel, because you can smell the Dank!! This isn't a 4 star place, at all, (2,75*) but if you want safe, quiet, and very inexpensive, this might work. Its located just inside Lake County, OH (far east of Cleveland, past Euclid OH), so drive correct!! The police don't play. Otherwise, there are much worse places. If you ran into a situation and needed a quick, safe stay- Walla!! Bring some wipes and disinfectant!

No the room was left with previous person food in the fridge....curtains don't close all the way across but one of few options for a smoking room for the money...hotel is decent with many new upgrades

The room poorly cleaned and looked worn ane neglected. there was no staff only the employee at the receptionist counter. the doors and walls was dusty with splatter marks, the tub & shower look like it hasn't been cleaned in months the tub has rings around it like the planet saturn, we clean the face ourselves, thank god for lysol we take it on all of our trips, the carpet was poorly vacuum so we put towels on the floor as runners to walk on and the toilet didn't work properly, and because their was no staff, all the receptionist could is put us up into another room and guess what the condition of the new room was the same. The next day before me and my wife checkout the toilet once again would not flush do to the water pressure being too low, at that point we was leaving, so it didn't matter any more. We would have not stayed but our circumstance because of bad weather is the main reason why we didn't go somewhere else.

Lets see, When you first walk into the lobby you see staff behind bullet proof glass,the elevator and hall ways smelled like urine, the room smelled like Marijuana, after inspection of the room you find your bed was made up with used sheets and pillow cases,when you pull back the sheets you see bugs and what looks like urine stains. We go back down to get a refund and the gut tries to be slick but we did receive our refund after contacting Expedia to help with that. Over all we highly recommend no one ever considers staying at this awful property.

Power was out when we arrived. We slept in the car until midnight. Finally got our room. The hall smelled so badly of several things on the way to the room. Mold in bathtub, on shower curtain, hair on towels, stains on sheets, burn marks on the blanket. Thankfully it was only a few hours before a scheduled surgery, but we will not return to this hotel.
