This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. It could use a little upkeep. I would stay again but would have a lower expectation. The man in the bar is about as unfriendly as it gets. He was downright rude most of the time. We went to the bar at a nearby hotel instead.

When we arrived we were given a room with a horrible odor !! Told desk we couldn’t stay there and was given another room. Then we were told if we wanted maid service the next day we should call and make a request ! To park a vehicle on their property is $30 per night so I parked for free on the street in front of the hotel for free since we didn’t have to feed the meters on a weekend. Had to ask for free Double Tree cookies. No continental breakfast ! Starbucks location is near the lobby but does not accept the app or gift cards. This location in nothing more the a money grab ! Will stay elsewhere in the future !!

The furniture in the main room was either really dirty or in bad shape. The bathroom was decent except for the rusty lighting fixtures. The key card entry was faulty and had to try several time (10-15) for it to work

Overall good experience
A little dated, but well maintained. Comfortable bed, good channel selection on TV. Bath clean, and shower good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience, would stay again.

The location was great to get to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as that is what we came to see. But the room was not clean, property is run down. The staff were all amazing though.

The garage elevator was not working and coud not use wheel chair easily. Staff at the lounge acted like they did not want to be there and had a real attitude with customers. Could not get food ordered and left to go somewhere else.

The room was a little dated, but clean John at the bar was a bit undesirable. Left us to feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there. It was the Pittsburgh Steelers Browns game so they were busy, but he was not happy to be there.

The only complaint that i have is with the restaurant there. We ordered fish sandwiches, but they didn't have tartar sauce. I have never ate fish without tartar sauce. The overall food wasn't very good and no discount was offered.
