The Neighborhood:
The area is in a suburb of Cleveland (Euclid). This hidden gem is 5 minutes from the freeway and close to Downtown Cleveland, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State, Progressive Field, First Energy, and more! Local shops and eateries close by as well.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car or by a ride sharing sharing service (Uber/Lyft). FREE private parking in the driveway (space for 2 cars).

➽ Important Notice:
We wanted to share a quick update about some construction along E 200th Street, near our property at 19370 Newton Avenue in Euclid, Ohio.
- Getting Here: You’ll still be able to reach Newton Avenue easily by exiting I-90 onto E 200th Street and heading north. E 200th is currently a one-way street going northbound, so your arrival should be smooth.
- Leaving the Area: When it’s time to head out, you’ll need to use E 185th Street or E 222nd Street to return to I-90, as southbound traffic on E 200th is temporarily detoured.
- Timeline for Construction: The waterline work is set to finish by the end of November 2024, with road improvements starting in Spring 2025 and wrapping up by September 2025.
- What to Expect: There may be occasional noise during the day and some adjustments to traffic flow. These updates are part of making the area even better for visitors and locals alike! We’ve shared this information so you’re fully in the loop, and we appreciate your understanding that refunds are not available for any temporary disturbances due to construction.

Convenient location in a safe neighborhood Perfect large yard for dogs. Pretty neighborhood for walking. Tastefully decorated throughout the home. Kitchen is well appointed with lovely glassware, silverware, dinnerware, placemats.plus assortment of Kuerig coffee & puppy treats. Bedrooms have high quality sheets & comforters. Shower is equipped with Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner. Owner is extremely nice & helpful!
