We had left during the day and arrived at 10;30 at night and our keys no longer worked. Went down from 3rd floor to get new keys. New keys don't work. Back down again. New set made and desk clerk came with me. 3rd set of keys still did not work. The only way to unlock our door was his master key. If we wanted to go out, We would have to ask the desk to let us into our own room

Beds need replaced, hard for one, I had reservations for three rooms, everyone complained about beds. Outlets in the room were worn out and or didn’t work. Phone chargers didn’t work. Nice location, great hot breakfast, with lots of setting.
