The neighborhood was a little sketchy. I didn’t feel totally safe there. The hotel itself was fine, but the keys would not unlock the side door so we kept having to walk around to the front entrance. Our keys kept deactivating on their own and we kept having to go to the front desk to reset the keys so we could get back into our room. The room had a weird smell. There was some water damage on the ceiling. The shower was gross, lots of build up on the walls and floors. The shower floor was flat with the bathroom floor, so the water would just spray the whole floor even with the curtain closed. The mattress was very firm with flat pillows. Overall, it was fine, just things that happen I guess.

The rooms smelled extremely musty from having the AC running and not being able to open a window. No electricity from a tornado and there was no urgency to get it back. Front desk staff very lazy and miserable.

They did have construction in a couple of places but that did not deter anything we had to do there. Our room was excellent.

The property is old,the room was dirty. I have to buy my our detergent in order to clean the floor. The rug was dirty and stain. The towels old and stain. We asked for an extra blanket and we got a blanket with a big hole on it. Give back to the front desk. The mattress was so bad that you can feel the spring. The sofa bed was old and dirty we have to covered it with a blanket. Breakfast was good and the lady that was serving the breakfast was very sweet.

The overall room and property was very nice. Friendly staff at breakfast. Many items to choose from. This is one of the mail reasons I booked here. I’ve stayed here before and it’s a nice convenient location.

It was conveniently located to airport. Loved the shuttle and our driver Eileen. She was very helpful in providing information for public transportation. The staff were great!!!!

Hard to say, because the hotel had no power.
Due to a tornado, much of the hotel was without power. My room had air conditioning, but no power. I think a discount would have been nice. I can't really give a reliable review because so few things were operational. I had to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. I am 75 years old!

Short but comfortable stay
Just stayed one night. Had a good experience. Small matter of TV remote not working, but clerk at front desk helped resolve issue. Morning breakfast was great with hot options (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes) and standard (cereal, juice, yogurt, etc.). Would stay there again.
