I showed up 2 hours early and was charged 30.00 for an empty room that was ready. Holiday inn will be my choice next time as i have these guys a chance. But IHG HAS BETTER rooms CS and no early fees etc.

When I arrived I was informed that the elevator didn't work and my room was on the 3rd floor. My husband and I are senior citizen and have no business hauling luggage up 3 flights of stairs. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 min. trying to figure out how to get in touch with Hotel.com (to no avail) we were finally helped to get to our room. What a mess.

Good one night stay
We stop here for a short layover to get some rest. It was good for just that I wouldn't recommend staying long periods of time. The staff was friendly from the lady who picked us up to the guy that check this in and check this out. The hotel is old and it kind of looks like a local mom and pop kind of place with some homemade holiday decorations. We did not have the breakfast but the apples and bananas were fresh and delicious. I would say it's decent for the value.

This hotel gets the job done. Free shuttles to airport, 24 hours a day. But was kinda dirty in the bathroom. I had to put a towel down to avoid stepping on what seemed to be mold.

The convince of the location. The pool and exercise rooms were good with bottles of water and fresh towels. Angelina GM, and Smit from front desk was plesent. Bathrooms were designed for short people.
