The layout is ideal. Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite (shower) and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the utensils, cookware, and dinnerware you’ll need. The open living and dining areas are spacious and beautifully designed, with a relaxing pool view and no rear neighbors for added privacy. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite (shower), a second queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite with a bathtub.

*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

First, Inlove VRBO and they’ve been awesome. But, the third party listings are becoming a problem. Case in point. The listing looked awesome. Even drove by the property which looked nice. Then came the check in process. First all online by email, NOT WEBSITE which screamed scam. Until this listing, I have never been asked to take a picture of my credit card front back drivers license front back and Social Security card to email pictures of it to someone. Then, they wanted a selfie of me with that. And any other place I know, this is how you can open fraudulent credit cards and commit fraudulent acts. I offered to check in in person, they have two fake offices in Florida. No one is at either office. Warning, there are no US citizens working in this company!!So, we declined checking into the property. Reported them to VRBO (who were awesome and made it right).Good luck with this company!!
