Conveniently located in a quiet South Cle Elum neighborhood just blocks from downtown Cle Elum and Yakima River, and only minutes from the sought-after Cascade Mountain Trails, this single-family home offers the perfect home base for a thrilling and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends!

Inside, this beautifully and recently renovated (2022) home boasts a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining all living areas. The open living area offers a large and inviting sofa along with a TV, creating a fantastic spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. The kids will love frolicking in the huge yard while the adults lounge blissfully on the furnished deck. The open kitchen is a chef's playground with modern stainless steel appliances and endless counter space to work on. You also have access to a walk-in pantry. The primary bedroom can be found on this level and boasts an en suite bathroom, a private balcony, and a small "reading nook" with a beanbag and a chair in there - it's a cozy and secluded spot where you can enjoy your favorite novels without being bothered. The other two bedrooms can be found downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect for Wedding Prep
Excellent location, close our daughter's wedding venue, close to local hotels where other guests are staying. Spacious interior, countertop areas with plenty of room to prepare decorations in air conditioned comfort. Appears to be newly renovated, with nice kitchen, large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, quiet street and dog-friendly. We took advantage of all that and loved our stay!

It was very nice and seemed to be newly renovated. Yard wasn't fully fenced like I thought it was but, it was doable. I really loved the communication I received throughout my stay. it was really close to town and where I needed to be throughout the weekend! thanks!

Perfect Place by the Trail and Town
This is a roomy, comfy, spotlessly clean, well furnished rental. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking and serving. The garage kept our bicycles secure overnight. We biked the Palouse to Cascades Trail two days, beginning at the trailhead right down the street. On another day we biked up to Roslyn and Ronald on the Crystal Creek / Coal Mine Trail. What a beautiful area!
