🍷5-minute walk to Historic Clarkdale, 8 mins to OldTown Cottonwood, 8 mins to Jerome, and 30 mins to Sedona.3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq ft historic cottage from the 1930s. It features a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a gas range and copper sink. The living room is artistically designed, with huge windows offering great views. There's a sunny private back patio with a gas grill and large outdoor dining area, along with comfortable seating. Enjoy the spectacular views of Mingus Mountain and famous high desert starry night skies from the peaceful front porch. The cottage has 1G-WiFi and a quiet workspace. The master bedroom has a tuft and needle mattress with a custom-made king bed and private bathroom, complete with a 1930s cast iron bathtub and original pink tiles. The second bedroom has a luxurious tuft and needle queen bed, a desk, and wraparound windows. Please note that you need to walk through the kids' bedroom to access the second bedroom. The cheerful kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, along with books, board games, and simple toys. There's also a newly constructed second bathroom off of the laundry area with a shower and skylight. The original coal shed has been restored into a game room with colorful lighting, a full-sized antique pool table, a beer fridge, and AC. There are two off-street parking spaces accessible from the alley, with a 220v EV charging outlet. Although the cottage has been fully renovated, it's almost 100 years old, so you can expect some squeaky floors, sticky doors, and an uncommon layout, all with its original charm and character. The property is located across from a vibrant desert wash in a small town, so it's very common to see javelina, coyotes, skunks, raccoons, quail, various birds, as well as bees, butterflies, spiders, snakes, and many other creatures on our street or in our yard.
