The location was misleading, it's actually in Jaywick not Clacton on Sea. Very rundown area
The beach was nice, bathroom was nice wouldn't recommend at all. Not worth the money

Holiday with the Grand Children
The property was very clean and the location was excellent for the beach, the Grand Children could enjoy playing on the beach knowing that we had a clear view of them from the property. Lesley was extremely welcoming and made us all feel at home and gave us confidence knowing she was available if we required assistance. Kind Regards Mark Willford

Very clean and quiet place
The apartment was very clean and the place is quiet. The bedooms are nice and comfortable. There is also a large and spacious balcony with the sea view. The beach is just a few meters from the apartment. The shops are close, too. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that it was a little bit too expensive for two nights stay. The price is ok but too much money is taken for cleaning.

We booked this week-long stay and relatively short notice and we were lucky to get anywhere. This one was just what we needed: right next to the beach! We had a great time - relaxed and tanned (burned!)

Lovely view across the beach
Lovely flat plenty of room only downside is the noise of pub downstairs told karaoke goes on til 8 on booking in but was til 10pm and so loud could hears the words above tv in lounge.landlady of pub informed me its on a Wednesday and sunday!. 2 minutes walk to beach.10 min drive to clacton. Has dishwasher and washing machine if staying longer. Lovely orivate terrace .bedrooms lock individually if wanted. If wasnt for nouse of pub i would certainly stay again just unfortunately the v loud noise of karaoke put us off.
