Had to check out due to ac not working Whole hotel seems super outdated The only good thing i could say is how Alondra front desk agent was amazing in handling the situation she really helped us solve our problem and the way everyone was coming to her upset because of the air conditioning problem she was able to remain calm and answer everyone

Terrible stay. We had to change rooms 4 times due to A/C not working. Rooms not clean at all, lack of maintenance. Will not stay at this property again.

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
